Stayed at the Opera Residence in the city center. Excellent location for shopping and close to metro station. Clean and functional apartment with enough bathrooms and toilets for six people. Staff, especially Joanna at the reception, were friendly and helpful.

Would definitely stay here again. Cons: Nothing to fault.

If you have a car and require car park do not book this apartment. Dreadful directions from the office where you get the keys. It took us one hour to find the car park! Apartment big but not nice. Smelly mattresses and pillows, mould on the walls, smell of cigarettes and no water in the morning! We would never stay there again!

- Staff very collaborative and nice, - large flat where you can feel almost like at home, - kitchen incorporated

- Reception and hotel at different locations (But was indicated previous to reservation), - Found some hair in the sheets of the bed :(, - additional pillow (in wardrobe) was old and spotted, - wifi was not free of charge (when you pay 1750 euros a night, it s really a pity)

The apartment at The Opera Residence was spacious and clean. We had plenty of room for our family of four. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it convenient for us to prepare meals. The staff at the off-site reception were friendly and helpful, even holding our luggage after check-out. we had a great stay and would recommend this accommodation.

Check-in more than one mile away from apartment, noisy public transport in front of apartment. Extra charge for check-inn after 18.00h!

10 euro extra charge for checking inn between 20.00 and 21.00h was not mentioned in Booked.net conditions. Check in on different adress (Van Artenvelde street 80) then apartment not mentioned in booking com conditions.

They kept the place clean, everything was beautiful. All the facilities were good, and if you need there's free parking on site.
